Learning chess has been proven to help students improve critical thinking, focus, patience, and many other life enriching merits.
This course is a great way for your student to expand their thinking outside of the classroom. We strongly encourage parents to practice with their children as a way to have fun while learning!
All you need is your own chess board so that you can practice at home and follow along with our videos. These videos are meant to be watched once a day, followed by answering the quiz, and then 1 hour of practice at home.
Our lessons have been taught to thousands of students in our afterschool programs and have been proven to help students get better at chess! Now we’re bringing these lessons online in video format so that students all over the world can learn.
Our dynamic teaching style introduces the “FUN”damentals and advanced strategies of chess by using songs, stories and even dances so each class is exciting and educational for all ages and skill levels.
It is our mission to inspire students to think ahead and make plans, understand the consequences of every action, and find a benefit to every game played – win or lose.
